Snapchat is planning to seek partnerships with other outsider companies and to include their own features to upgrade this “Scan” feature. The shopping feature of Scan is also a very cool feature introduced by Snapchat. This feature is supported by one of the acquisitions of Snapchat named “Screenshop”. This is an app that allows you to upload screenshots of clothing and shop for similar items. Then Snapchat “Scan” can recommend similar clothes based on what you’re looking at and let you buy clothes you discover.
