Team USA Gymnasts Dazzle in Olympic Qualifiers

The U.S. women’s gymnastics team is advancing to the next stage with a stellar performance. The powerhouse lineup of Simone Biles, Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey, and Hezly Rivera delivered an impressive total score of 172.296 in Sunday’s Subdivision 2 qualifying round for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

In this qualifying round, each team includes four members, and the lowest score among them is excluded. The best eight teams with the highest scores across five subdivisions secure their spot in the finals.

The 2024 Summer Olympics, officially known as the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad and officially marketed as Paris 2024, will occur in France from July 26 to August 11, 2024, with specific competitions beginning on July 24. The event has gained the attention of people worldwide.

This Olympic event aims to reduce the carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices. It will also strongly emphasize gender equality, with a record number of female athletes participating.

The highly anticipated women’s team final will be held on Tuesday, July 30, at 12:15 p.m. ET live on NBC and Peacock. This will be followed by individual finals from Thursday, August 1, through Monday, August 5, in which the world’s greatest gymnasts battle for personal honor.
