Are you a ‘Friends’ fan? If, indeed, you like Mathew Perry. Unfortunately, Mathew Perry passed away on Oct. 28, 2023, and was found unresponsive in his hot tub at his Los Angeles home. He was in his 54 when he died.

Perry gained international fame for starring as Chandler Bing on the world-popular TV series ‘Friends’. Perry also appeared on Ally McBeal and received Primetime Emmy Award nominations for performances in The West Wing and The Ron Clark Story.

The latest news about Mathew Perry is Los Angeles police are doing an investigation into who provided Ketamine to Perry before his death. The police have announced that they collaborated with the Drug Enforcement Administration for an open investigation on this scene.

According to the reports, the main reason for the death of Mathew Perry is the effect of ketamine. “At the high levels of ketamine found in his postmortem blood specimens, the main lethal effects would be from both cardiovascular overstimulation and respiratory depression. Drowning contributes,” a report said.

Perry has accepted that he has used drugs in the past. But he had been clean for 19 months. He had been receiving ketamine infusion treatment for depression; the last one was 1½ weeks before his death.

However, the coroner pointed out that the readings were very high, in amounts almost equivalent to that required to put a person under general anaesthesia for surgery, and it was not clear when the drug was taken as its metabolism time is only within hours.

However, after hearing Mathew Perry’s sad death, many fans shared their sad thoughts on social media. ‘Friends’ co-stars said, “We were more than just cast mates. We are a family,” while sharing their memorable photos.
